Due to the digital nature of the templates, after you purchase a printable, it’s not possible to cancel, return or exchange the template. We are more than willing to help. Please contact us with any issues/questions.

Unfortunately, we do not convert files into WORD documents. These are ONLY PDF files.

Currently, we do not offer printing services, but you can take them to a local printing shop to have them print for you.

All designs are created with 300 DPI resolution quality. We are not responsible for any printer setting issues you may have. If you are having printing setting quality issues we recommend you take it to printing shop.

For any additional lines, titles, wording, and etc that are not on the original template design, We charge an additional $5.00 for the revision.

Please be sure to check and double check all spelling and grammar on any PDF, graphic designs you order.

I do my absolute best to catch any spelling errors (on your end or mine!) but I'm only human and an error may go unnoticed. If the area is editable please review it carefully.

Wishful Paperie is not liable for any printing errors and any subsequent monetary loss. Please check files and resolution prior to proceeding with printed materials with your chosen printers.

Remember you purchased an editable template file this means YOU as the customer edit the document yourself.

If you rather have the information (details/name) added for you, there is an additional fee. Depending on the File, the fee starts out at $5.00 and up.

In order to download large signs, such as welcome signs, bridal/baby shower welcome signs, unplugged signs, and etc you will receive a document that will contain the link to the dropbox in order to download the file.

If you receive a document via drive, please make sure your email/computer have enough space to download the file.

Templates that are edited in Corjl/Templett have a limited number of days to be used until expiration date of 90 days.

Limited number of downloads are given: 5 downloads

My documents are not compatible with Circuit nor Silhouette. They are NOT SVG files. These are either PDF templates or Corjl templates (which are NOT SVG files). I do not know anything about SVG's.
